Shipping Policy

A legal disclaimer

Thank you for ordering with Jardimz. We specialize in delivering fresh floral bouquets, plants, and natural products across select regions in Goa. As we operate our own in-house logistics, the following delivery policy applies to all orders.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • Panaji

  • Taleigao

  • Dona Paula

  • Kadamba Plateau

  • Siridao

  • Agassaim

Orders outside these regions are not eligible for delivery at the moment.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Standard Delivery Window: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Exact delivery time may vary based on weather, traffic, and product preparation time.

Customers will receive updates via WhatsApp/SMS when the order is out for delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fee: ₹99 per order (non-refundable).

  • Charges may vary for oversized items (large plants, bulk orders, custom arrangements).

4. Customer Availability

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • The customer/recipient must be available at the delivery location.

  • If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability or restricted access, the order will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.

 

5. Delivery Conditions for Fresh Products

Because flowers and plants are sensitive to temperature and handling:

  • All floral and plant deliveries are transported in shaded, controlled environments.

  • Minor variations in color, wrapping, shape, or plant growth are natural and not considered defects.

  • Products are quality-checked before dispatch.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Delivery will not be completed.

  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Redelivery may be attempted at an additional cost, subject to feasibility.

 

7. Handling & Care After Delivery

Once delivered:

  • The product becomes the customer’s responsibility.

  • Jardimz is not liable for damage caused due to improper handling, lack of watering or heat exposure.

8. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic

  • Vendor preparation delays

We will inform you proactively in such cases.
