Thank you for shopping with Jardim. We strive to deliver fresh, natural and high-quality products including floral bouquets, plants, bonsai, décor items, and similar handmade/natural goods. Due to the nature of our products, refunds and cancellations follow the below policy.
1. Order Cancellation
All orders are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable ONLY under the following circumstances:
2.1 Damaged or Defective Product Delivered
Refunds are available if:

The product is delivered visibly damaged, broken, or in non-usable condition.
Not Eligible:

Minor variations in color, texture, wrapping, vase, or appearance (natural products vary).

Damage caused after the delivery is completed.

Customer not available to receive the order.
3. Non-Refundable Products
Due to the fresh, perishable and customized nature of our items, the following are non-refundable:

Same-day orders

4. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address, no refund will be issued.

Reattempt delivery may be charged additionally, subject to feasibility.
5. Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact the customer.

If delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability of customer, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
6. Quality Disclaimer

Natural products (flowers/plants) vary by season and availability.

Substitutions may occur within the same quality range.

Slight variations do not qualify as defects.
7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

If a refund is approved, the product value will be refunded excluding delivery fees.

Some products may be prepared by third-party vendors. Jardimz conducts quality checks before dispatching the order. Refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Jardimz.

Jardim reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds or cancellations and may approve or deny requests based on evidence and product condition.
