5. Pricing & Payments

• Delivery charges are added at checkout.

6. Delivery Policy

 

 

• Delivery is currently restricted to specific regions in Goa (updated on the website).

• Delivery slots and timelines are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, vendor delays, or unforeseen situations.

• If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, the order may be returned or rescheduled at an additional cost.

 

 

 

 

7. Product Quality & Natural Variation

 

 

Plants, flowers, and natural products vary in color, size, texture, and appearance.

 

• Minor differences from product images are normal.

• Seasonal availability may affect replacements or substitutions.

 

 

 

 

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

• Perishable items like flowers and plants cannot be returned.

• Refunds are issued only in cases of:

   

  • Non-delivery due to Jardimz's fault

  • Severely damaged products upon arrival (photo evidence required within 1 hour)

   

• Custom or made-to-order items are not refundable

 

 

 

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content on the platform — images, descriptions, branding, UI, graphics, and product names — are the property of Jardimz.

 

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

• Delays caused by logistics partners, traffic, or environmental factors

• Damage brand property or misuse product listings
